Setting UP Questions

Hi Ya'll,
im seriously thinking about setting up an online store were i can sell my photos. But i have a few questions.

1. do i have to open up a new bank account & how do i set it up so that when i make money that it would go directly into my account???

2. the first yr or so when im just bearly starting off & making money do i have to pay taxes on the little bit of money that i made the first yr & so???

3. when it comes time to file for taxes what form do i need?

4. What online store is the best to set up with????

5. Do i have to pay something to have my photography name as a business?

You're really best off asking an accountant these kinds of questions. Laws, rules, etc. vary from state to state and even from city to city.
