Where's the link?
I lived in Columbus till I was 15. Went to Benning Hills Elementary, Eddy Jr. High and then Baker High School. However, we departed for Japan in 1967 and returned in 1972. I joined the Navy in 73. My parents stayed in Columbus till they passed away. I returned every now and then to visit, but I just couldn't see myself going back to live.

Hi there and welcome to DPS! It might be a lot easier for you to get critique on your work if you head on over to the critique section, read the rules, and choose the appropriate critique section to post in.

DPS is a great place for learning, and you'll find lots of friendly people who are happy to answer questions you have.

My first piece of advice would be to turn off the date stamp in your camera.

Well, I guess since no one is giving feedback, I guess I will.

Biggest thing I see is lack of consistancy, which is why you might not be getting any information.

Some are good, some are soft focus, some have white balance issues, some need some fill light etc, etc. You would probably be better served if you posted one a day in the critque section (following the rules) and get specific feedback on the images you want feedback on the most.

Welcome aboard.

I'd recommend studying and choosing specific things to work on, one at a time. For instance, you could work on composition for a while. Then you could work on lighting for a while. You could also chose things to focus on which are particular to the style you want to project / display. Just food for thought

I have to agree with scootermcq's comments and here's a few others to boot.
I'm not a big fan of crooked horizons. You've out the feet off, move in closer and crop tighter. A lot of the backgrounds are too distracting, use a lower f-stop to limit DOF. Looks as if some of the photos are taken at high noon or thereabout with harsh sun. In portfolio's you want to show your very best work!
