Default shutterfly on my server....
Well almost...

I am looking for a gallery like shutterfly that I can install on my own server so I have complete control.

Any suggestions?

Piwigo is what I ultimately chose over Gallery. They're both great applications, but I chose Piwigo because I like the architecture better - it's much simpler to preprocess each viewsize offserver, thereby minimizing CPU usage on the webserver. Also, my old G2 installation couldn't keep it's DB uncorrupted for more than a few weeks at a time.

Last time I looked at G3 (at RC1, I believe) they were focused on working out the stability issues, but most of the plugins hadn't been ported yet.
