Default Consent forms?

Hello!

Do any of you have a form that you have your clients sign that authorizes you to use the photos you take during their session in a portfolio or on your web site? If you do, please share!

Thanks!

Kind of curious about this one too. Is it just a yes or no question buried somewhere in a wider contract, or a special dedicated consent form? Do people offer some kind of discount or reward as an intensive to give permission?

If one is not planning on selling a picture, but would use them on a site such as Flickr, is a model release necessary? I assume that public photos of people who are out and about are fine as long as you are not using their image for profit.

Yeah thanks, I know of those. I meant more in the context that the OP was describing: When providing the customer a service, eg: portrait session, or especially wedding coverage where there are more than likely numerous people.

Photographers aren't expected to get a release from every single one of them in order to post photos on their website are they?
