Default Information Packets?

I am just starting out and I am trying to come up with Photography information packets for weddings...so far I have a welcome page, a page explaining my prices and what it covers, Client information sheet, model release form, and copyright information....

What else should I include?

You need to be very clear on expectations, it can get brushed over in the excitement, even a bit of a time line or running sheet of what they can expect. Some people can get a bit lost wspecially if you are going back and forth to do grooms getting ready etc.

It can also to include stuff like I am your photographer, so i wont be watching the kids, or serving drinks or whatever. But you have to do it nicely. It sounds stupid but i have seen photographers pushed into it." Can you just watch the kid while i fix my dress a minute" turns into having a 5 year old shadow.
