Architectural job - new at this

I have a few questions - I am not "in business" - but my husband offered my photography services to someone at his work for some architectural shots. The client knows I'm not a professional so I'm not misrepresenting myself or anything like that. But my husband thought it would be a fun challenge for me while providing the service.

What is the best way to display and provide the prints for him?

Do I set up a smugmug account?

Where do professionals host their photos so clients can see and order?

If he orders through smugmug, does it come straight to me then I place the order through the printing place I use?

Is there a better hosting site? I'm hesitant to burn them to a CD and hand them over.

Also, is a watermark easy to create in LR?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated!!!!
