401(k) product brochure

Hey all,

I have been contacted about using one of my images for a 401(k) product brochure cover. I believe this would be used to sell 401k policies to new clients, thus making them money. I'm unsure of what the going rate would be for something like this. I don't want to do it for image credit/warm-feelings.

What should I know about the scale of the publication? What licensing should I use? And what amount of compensation does this usually go for?

Photoquote is overpriced, and I'd end there not start there. Look around the internet, you'll find great information you don't have to shell out 150 bucks for.

My advice: Decide the least amount you're willing to be paid, and double it. It also doesn't hurt to just ask the art guy what the budget is, sometimes they will just tell you, it's not their money.
