I liked having two fonts, one just seems a little boring to me otherwise. I agree I am not a big fan of the C, but that was the best font I found for the look I wanted. I tried a little c and making it larger, but it looked wrong. If anyone has a suggestion of a Font that might work better, I am really open to ideas here. I am not hung up on anything in particular, this is just sort of the idea I was aiming for.

I prefer the second version (the lower one) although the top one has potential to be a bit more dynamic ...
In the top one, you have two competing elements. Your name and the word photography are similar in size but different in color so they compete. I would suggest finding a way to make your name larger and the word photography smaller. (The lower one doesn't have this issue.) The word "Captures" already alludes to the idea that you take photographs so making it big is probably not necessary. The C is definitely odd, it looks like "Paptures." If you are tied to this font, and your skill is up to it, you might make an attempt to modify the C or create your own that goes with the font. (If you are using photoshop, this could be a little tricky, but if you have vector software like Illustrator or Inkscape, it's doable. (Inkspace is free by the way.) Not fond of the combo of the two fonts. If you use two fonts and one is fancy, pick a less fancy second, like Helvetica or Times or something. Two fancy fonts tend to compete and unless you know what you are doing, I would avoid it. You might tweak the kerning a bit too. Not bad but could be a bit better Not bad for a non-designer though.

As fonts go, Papyrus is only slightly less of a joke than Comic Sans.
Take Karen's advice. If you are trying to create typographic contrast do it through size, color, weighting, or two distinctly different fonts (ie one san-serif and one serif). |

Keep the current one, change the font used for "photography". As Rentham said: papyrus is terrrrible.
A sans-serif font would work well here, something really basic even.

I'd ditch the hot pink color too.
