Default Website Critique's

Okay, I've been lurking around this site soaking up and learning from everybody here. I have started my business as a side to my full time job in the medical field and am looking for some comments (not to mean I hope ) of my website.
I hope to learn and any suggestions made are appreciated
Hope I do this post correctly.

Here is a link to my site.

Not bad....next football season, replace those posted with on-the field level photos.
All sports.......need to crop tighter to put more of an emphasis on the acton.

You have the SAME place, person, pose, composition.... about 1,000,000 times.

What s the purpose of the website.. you starting a business?

what are you spe******ing in?
it comes across as a "person with a camera" rather than,
"Hey, I'm a freekin' awesome pet photographer.. hire me"

galleries take a while to load.
So slow infact, I've written this entire post and the Portraits still haven't loaded.

A picture of you n the "behind the lens" section would go a long way in building trust with potential customers.

Don't "justify" and get defensive of your pricing right off the bat.. you charge what you charge and that's it. (IMHO)

Is the church stuff there for a really good reason?
not that I have anythig against it.. but unless you're advertising yourself as an event photographer... I don't see the point.

As Eric mentioned, your portfolio is very .... "the same" you need to show some experience and versatility in there.

A lot of these comments from the others are pretty much true. You need to get a variety of portraits of clients in different poses and settings. You need to study what other commercial photographers are shooting and find your own style or niche.
