Unhappy AOC Monitor

Does anyone use an AOC 2436v brand of monitor? And if so, do you know how to actually adjust the brightness? I have succeeded in really messing mine up and I cannot get it fixed. Terrible kind of blurry text and all! Any help is most appreciated!

Thanks Buddha, I really had most of this as it is on the disc that comes with the monitor, but no matter what I try the text is like reading while terribly drunk. Very soft, out of focus and not sharp. Weird thing is, if I open any of my recent images they look as they should. I am at a loss and getting tired of messing with it. It was fine yesterday until I started screwing around with the damn buttons.
