Does anyone, particularly the Aussies here, use Photomerchant ? Or know anyone who does?

I'm thinking of using them for a number of reasons.
They're the closest to 'local' I can get.
I've asked if they're planning on setting up a direct fulfillment arrangement with a New Zealand print lab, and they say it's something the plan 'in the future'.
The couple of times I've asked questions the answers have been prompt and positive. This seems to bode well.

My only reservation is that on the sites I've checked out that are using Photomerchant, the photos in the galleries seem to load rather slowly. And I know from reading this site for over a year that this is a big no-no.

Any thoughts?
