Default Anyone running an S Corp?

I see a lot of LLCs but lawyer told me to so an S Corp. I've read the advantages, but wondering if anyone actually does it. I am just starting up so perhaps makes more sense to go LLC and when I make my first million (thats a joke) than go to S Corp?

Anyone currently running an S Corp? Are the tax benefits worth it? I'll be speaking to an accountant this week btw just wanted to get some opinions.

I'm running a S corp unrelated to photography, have your accountant explain the tax benefits / pitfalls so you can make an educated decision

I don;t know of any photographer who operate as an S Corp, but I could be wrong. More likely, the lawyer wants to charge you for filing all the papers.
