Actually sold some stuff!

I sold some of my photos today.

Admittedly I was selling them as a fund raiser, so none of the money goes in my pocket. And I have no way of knowing if they would have sold had it not been for the sympathy/charity angle. Still its nice to have a little recognition. And a number of people who are not family members telling me they like my work.

Personally, I'll donate money and turn down whatever the "prize" is if I don't want it....If they paid for your pictures it wasn't just because of the charity....congrats.

Agreed, I've done the same. I think you can be assured that people must have liked your work Congratulations!

Congrats Lisa, agree with the others - they bought them cos they liked them. And its always nice when someone other than family says they like your photos
