Exclamation Facebook Photography Page Questions

Hi EveryOne,
How many photographers here on DPS has a photography pag on FB?
I need your advice on something. I have a photography pg on FB but im scared to upload any of my good pics that are amazing looking now that FB has changed up things on or in the albums where now you can download the pics. What are your thoughts on this as well as advice?
I want to get out there & kind of get known but on the other had i just don'w what ppl going on my page to steal my pics?

Two words. Low resolution. resize at about 600pix on the long side. If they try to print it, it will be about as useful as a paper napkin.
Anything you upload has the potential to be grabbed. Not just on FB.

Right. Wouldn't hurt to watermark it, too. You can't prevent piracy altogether, but you can make it more difficult and reduce the value.

Ok so i have paintshop pro photo X2 so how in the world do i make a watermark in that?

I set up a batch job to do that w/ X2 a while ago. I'll see if I can throw some sort of instructions together...

That's the idea -- if you still need me to scare up the script, I can do that tonight, but you'll record the script to do both of those steps, and then use the batch interface to kick it off. It's sort of powerful once you get the hang of it.
