Default Adding a Signature to digital photos

I have just began to explore the word of photography. Recently I was asked to be in an art show. What an expierence! It has drawn up a lot of interest in my photos. Any suggestions on how to display those on-line? Do I need to copy right my prints? People would like to see some of my work on-line how should I go about this? Any suggestions would be great.

Thank yo

I would watermark any images you want to protect online, although a determined thief can crop/photoshop the watermark out. Another option is to upload a small version of the image.

Watermarking will make it harder to steal your photos but it will also make your photos unpleasant if not done correctly. As Krusty79 said upload a smaller version so that people can't reproduce larger versions of your work.

You can use sites like Flickr, Smugmug, Zenfolio, etc. to present your work.

If you are in US than your work is copyrighted but sometimes people get the prints copyrighted to add an extra layer of protection.

Hope this helps
