Default Video Model Release - Possible ?
With all the advantages of the digital age, could you video a person reading you their model release or as simple as my name is .............I release all rights to use of any images to ........... ? Why this wouldn't work?

Sounds reasonable to me but I'm not a lawyer so I wouldn't know.

Seems like an agency who wanted to keep releases on file would prefer a format that didn't take up as much space as a video.

I got a model release app for my Android, Easy Release, which is as convenient as its name implies; release can be signed, PDF generated and e-mailed right from the phone. One of only two paid apps on my Android at the moment. (iPhone/iPad version available as well.)

Easy Release for the iPhone is a great app. We use it all the time for our clients.
