Default again....smugmug vs zenfolio

Am going into more commercial photography and consider if Zenfolio will still do for me. I really like the idea of the online gallery, customers can order their prints online but it is the shipping costs. Am not sure if it is a big difference, more advantage for my customers to switch to Smugmug. I am in Canada and have some customers complain about the shipping fees.
I was at the Premium Plan with Zenfolio ($100) and they also have now the (way)more expensive Premium Business ($250), similar Smugmug is Pro ($145).
Just stay with Zenfolio, upgrade it (worth it) maybe or switch? Does anyone have suggestions, same experience?

Why not give them a credit towards shipping and roll that cost into the price of prints or the session?

I work in Zenfolio customer support and I wanted to let you know that with the new Premium Business account you can define shipping methods as you would like per vendor.

By default, Price Lists allow customers to select from standard shipping methods. With Premium Business, you can create a set price for shipping regardless of actual costs. If you choose this shipping option, you are responsible for selecting the shipping method before order approval. The difference between the price paid by customers and the actual shipping cost will be charged to your Zenfolio account.

I hope this is helpful to you.

I've had great luck with Smugmug so far. They source excellent quality prints and they're entire site is well done, easy to navigate and customize. And, they have great customer service.
