Default Anybody have experience with doing photos on commission

This is a new avenue for me. I have never been asked to shoot on commission before so I am at a lost to know how to price it. This is not a portrait shot. A customer from one of the Art shows I did this year wants me to take photos of her husbands business storefront downtown. As she told me "She likes my style"...lol
Anyway, what she is looking for is a 8x12 possibly framed...
I know what I normally charge for images that size that I matt and/or frame..but was wondering, what changes as far as rights are concerned am I looking at if any. I dont want to charge to little and dont want to charge to much they walk away from it..

TBH if all they are wanting is a framed print for display then just charge what you would normally for a framed print and add on an hourly charge for the taking and post production work.

If they are wanting to use the image for advertising or web etc then you get into usage and licenses etc. but this is really just a straightforward print sale really.

that's kind of what I was thinking, she only wants to give the image to her husband for Christmas so there is no issue there.
