Default Ipad for slide shows

ANyone use the IPad for slide shows? If so, have you found any apps that mean you can delete the unwanted photos when with a customer?

Thanks in advance......

If I was a customer I'd prefer to view photos on a proper laptop screen or computer screen rather than an iPad - way too small.

I was going to get an iPad for viewing shots on the move, at events, etc etc. But to be honest, like most Apple products, they are ridiculously overpriced and don't do anything. No flash support, no "multitasking", no camera card slots (unless you have the adapter hanging off), weak power vs cost, and no expandable internal memory.

Personally I'm waiting for something Android based - or there abouts - which are considerably more powerful and functionably at a similar or lower cost.

I picked one up to test cos they were cheap as chips (NZ$150) and pretty much does everything an ipad does

I saw that on amazon but there were quite a few reviews that really put me off. All of the others that seemed suitable are too small, I want at least 10"

I love my Android phone (HTC EVO) as much as the next guy... But I have seen some truly awesome slideshows on Ipads. Don't buy an android tablet right now, they just aren't there yet, or are expensive. Ipads are expensive as well, but I've been kicking the idea around for client presentation/proofing as well, there really isn't much that competes with it.

yes and the native image app lets you delete.

works very very well... yeah, there are others, but they certainly do work well and look hot on the ipad.

Thanks all.

I presented for the first time the other night on one. The clients said they loved it and are thinking of buying 4 canvasses. They said they loved the Ipad as a presentation tool (unprompted).

Brill if the native deletes then - woo hoo as this was the big downside and I think a big reason why they couldn't make a decision there and then.

Thanks all. I would still love to hear if there are more apps that people are using to help with their photography.
