Selling High Res Files to wedding vendor

I recently did a wedding and the florist has contacted me and asked if I mind sharing some high res files. I said I would be happy to print some with my watermark for her or she could purchase the high res files. She has since said she is interested in purchasing the files and I would love some guidance in how to price them. They will be for her portfolio and I assume for advertising, website etc.

Have never had this happen before so would really appreciate any thoughts on price and anything particular is a good idea to have in the agreement. I take my business very seriously and am not going to hand over a disc for $50.
