gallery templates + backend?

I'm looking for a nice gallery template but it should have a nice back-end or be able to incorporate my Wordpress Nextgen gallery.

I've seen some nice templates out there but the big problem is, I have to handle thumbnails and pictures by hand via xml scripting (as well as cropping, which I could handle, maybe). This is a big problem since I do not rename my pictures at all and I reset file names so I have a bunch of pictures with the same name and throwing this into xml by hand is a bit heavy on the work side.

Do you know anything sweet out there? (Pay is possible, if it fits my needs) Nothing flashy, nothing crazy, simple, lean straight forward.

Are you looking to only show or to show and sell?

If the latter, Photo Cart is wonderful.

If the former, maybe some of the Lightroom Gallery plugins from The Turning Gate?

An even more novel approach - change your naming system. Of course, I don't rename my files either ;-)

So far I'm looking for "show only".
Going to check out the turning gate stuff. And yes changing my naming strategy would be a noble thing to do but I am most certainly to lazy for that
