Any event photographers that would help “price” this event I have chance to bid on??

Charity Event; 5-9pm; fundraiser; presentation to Gov’s wife

Any sources re pricing/terms??


Hi Stephen. There's a VIP reception at 5p for 50 or so folks then a sitdown evemt at 630 where we'll want to capture some action on stage--especially our presentation to the First Lady. No portraits with her. Just grip and grin, stage performances and candids at the VIP. Usage is editorial and web for the nonprofits behind the event. 50 good shots would be a good outcome. 5 - 10 days turnaround?Sound doable? Shoot me your terms and pricing and I'll confirm or release on Monday.
