Default Photobox - How is it these days?

Hi

I'm looking for a handy cheap printing solution to print some shots I took at a friend's wedding, I've thought about trying photobox but after looking about for reviews etc that it's gone downhill a bit and their custome service is terible.

Can anyone who's used them recently tell me if they're still worth going with?

I've not had a problem with their customer service, I think it's great in fact, and I've had to use customer service a lot.

The problem I've been having with them is that I sized some photos to a very specific size within an jpeg sized for A4 (so that there was a white border and I could trim the photo to my custom size myself), however when the photos arrived, the photo was at the wrong size. Customer service refunded my money and said the problem was due to them scaling every photo up by 1.5% to make it borderless, which is usually unnoticable, but most customers aren't so exacting. They recommended I scale my images down by 1.5% before resending them, which I've done and the prints just arrived today, still at the wrong size.
