How much should I charge & set up packages?

I got into photography in 2004 but just started doing it more professionally in 2009 and the packages and pricing I have now, jare too low and just aren't working, I'm not earning enough for the work I put in. I'm not a big fan of how my packages are set up either, they seem like they're not enough?
