Hey Everyone-
I have been doing wedding photography for three years now. I have definately cut down on the number of images I take and deliver to my wedding clients, but I get emotionally attached to the images and feel like I always go back and forth on how many images I should deliver of each pose, different face expressions, etc. Im wondering just as a general answer from other wedding photographers, for an all day wedding what is your average number of deliverable images? Do you ever deliver or often deliver more then one or two images of each pose/formal/moment? Thanks in advance for your feedback. Dana

well, i'm not as experienced at you.. but,
All day? ....300-400 final images depending on lighting, muck around factor, weather etc etc (for an 8-10 hour exhaustion-fest) typically 30 images per hour of shooting is a safe bet. if i have an on-site studio the numbers jump because you can squeeze them out like a sausage machine, little to no processing necessary. i normally only pick the absolute best image if theres a series of the same pose, concept or group. process it to death, and thats it.. i dont want to include doubles.
