Hi all,
Learned my lesson - always have a release form signed! Asked a friend if I could take her daughters pictures for my website (not published yet). In return I would provide her with some of the good pics - I'm still in the practicing stage... She agreed and of course I forgot to have her sign a model release form. Once she went home we talked and I told her that I'm going to mail her a release form. She agreed to sign it and a few days later I still haven't heard from her (of course). I looked at Dan Heller's website and got the impression that I don't need a release form if I only publish her daughters pictures on my website. I would need one if I should sell the images though. Assuming that is correct, could my friend still insist that I take her daughters pics off my website once launched? Any advise would be so much appreciated. Gonska |
