Default League Photo Package Fulfillment

Ok, just shot my first league shoot (for a soccer league). Was going to use Black River Imaging for everything (had them print money envelopes for me) until I found out their software for ordering these types of packages does not work on a Mac. On a side note, when I asked whether they planned on writing a version for the MacOS, Phillip, got a bit snippy with me telling me it's only 5% of the computer market. Nothing like insulting the platform I've used (as well as a LOT of photogs) for over 20 years. But I digress...

Anyway, Bay Photo--whom I usually use--can do it with minimal discomfort on my part. But, as good as Bay Photo is, they also are more expensive than others. When I'm ordering a print or two, I'm ok with this but, with a whole league, the little bit I may be able to save elsewhere adds up.

So I checked with Nations Photo. Unfortunately, a size in my most common package isn't included in their package price. Price isn't the issue here, rather, they cannot put that size in with the other prints in that package together as one package. I'd have to do it myself. I'm trying to avoid as much of that as I can. It's a small league but still about 100 people have purchased.

Anyway, looking for other suggestions for other photo houses. Basically, I have a few packages I've sold which include 3 (or more) sizes. Some multiples and each package includes an 8x10 team photo. I want all of this in one package for each child. I realize I'll probably have to insert the team photo myself as that would be too confusing for them (I'm guessing anyway) and I can do that since there are only about 10 teams.

Anyone have any ideas on whom I may be able to use who is reasonable (price-wise) and can do this?

Thanks.

I think they may but not sure they'll offer what I'm looking for as they're more about fulfillment via ordering through the website.

Have been in contact with them. So far so good. Very helpful on the phone, they can do EVERYTHING I need them to do. Their prices are lower than what I've seen out there--although I think the total will be similar as they charge slightly more for arranging the packages. They also have next day shipping included at no charge which is a bonus.

Oh, another cool thing is, when you want to sign up as a customer, you fill out a brief survey and they send you a response within in a few hours. In this response, they ask you for 4 files for them to print as 8x10s for free. This is for you to use as samples and to check their color reproduction vs. your workflow. Very cool actually.

It looks like I'll place my order with them for this one. See how it goes.

I have used Millers lab and they have a great product, but I think WHCC also has a great product and I think they might be a few cents cheaper.

good luck.
