Alternative to Bay Photo

Ok, been using Bay Photo for prints. Excellent quality, great customer service (although many times a hold time before getting through) and a relatively easy ROES ordering system. Problem is, they seem to be a bit more expensive than others ($3.50 for a color corrected 8x10 now!).

So I'm looking for alternatives.

Take a look at Nations Photo. They seem to be the least expensive around that I've shopped through and the ROES is about the same (although I need to reload it once in a while but that may be a problem on my end with java). You won't be disappointed at their prices!

Do they drop ship as well? Bay Photo does but they charge $6.00 for that. Doesn't sound so bad until you realize they don't charge for shipping on prints under 11x14 otherwise.

Mpix is cheaper. Great quality too! Even their Metallic 8x10's are only $2.49. As for color corrected I don't know, but don't believe it costs more. (Can someone clarify that? Thanks)

Well Nations Photo does drop ship out of Maryland (if I'm not mistaken) and I don't think they charge for a minimum $50 order or so (again something to check on but I believe the cost is competitive). I did look up how much an 8 X 10, color corrected print would be and it's only $2.50 so that's comparable to the previous post of $2.49 and is color corrected too. I've been using Nation's Photo for some time & have been very pleased with quality, service, & products. The metallic color corrected 8x10 is what costs $2.50, but the color corrected lustre 8x10 is $1.90. The shipping is free for orders over $50, but drop shipping is always $7. And as already stated, they ship from MD. I actually had my 1st order for a gallery wrap today (the 16x20 1 3/4in. wrap was $97) & can't wait to see how it looks!
