Thanks all, this is really helpful. I sent her an email and very politely stated that I had not received the paypal and to let me know if she needed help with the site (she used it for the first time when she paid her deposit with me). She did call me this evening and paid it. Whew...

Yeah I can't increase the prices on her now, but I will definitely put a clause in my contract and have them sign it upfront next time. I always ask permission to feature them on my blog, so they think it is an option. Next time it won't be.

I'm thinking that you could work on a couple of them and send them via email in a very low res... once she's seen them it would motivate her to settle up.

i price out the session and a cd of x amount of images......due before the shoot.....they pay upfront and i give them a price sheet for enlargements.....if and when they call me for enlargements, we sit down together and discuss any further post work....ie. blemishes, lint on the carpet, you name it......and price that out seperately....

as it is, i suggest the same as others.......no posting.....no editing.....nada....until you're paid.....

Let the images sit. Send her an email stating the overdue session fee as per your agreement with her along with an invoice for the amount. State that the images become available x number of days after the payment is received. Then wait and get on with some other project and cut your losses if she doesn't pay.
