I wonder if I should charge per photo and if so, how much per photo? Or if I should sell them all pics on a CD for a fixed price?
Make them sign a contract spelling out EXACTLY how they are going to use the photos and for what purpose.

If they want to change mediums to say, print media, then they have to come back to you with another usage charge. They don't get photos just willy-nilly to do whatever they want with.

They need to SPELL OUT EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT.

I don't sell crap with watermarks... To me it's a way for them to weasel out of paying me more. To hell with that. Watermarks never filled my gas-tank.

I would expect them to pay for your time AND pay for the images. Give them a price for your time and a separate price for your images and EXACTLY how you LET them use the photos.

Never be afraid to say 'no' to a job because their demands are too stupid. Let them get stupid results and learn the hard way.
