Business has the same name as me- Uh-oh!

I was hoping for some help.

I have been doing some searching around, and I have found a couple of businesses with the same name as me. They are in different states, but because my husband is in the Navy, we move around a lot. I don't want to move to one of these states and be in trouble.

I checked the trademark on the name, and it is open. Which is great!

But I was thinking I should change the name just in case.

I don't know how to go about doing this.

Does anybody have a suggestion for a new name?

Right now I am going under LMP Photography.

My name is LeZandra Marie Persinger. I was thinking of maybe LeZandra Marie Photography. I don't know, it is a mouthful.

But then again, I don't think the name would be taken! LeZandra is a pretty weird, extremely uncommon name.

I would run with LeZandra by itself. It could end up being one of those names like Cher or Bjork. everyone knows who they are without a last name.

LeZandra Photography would be awesome!

If you wanted to stick with LZ, you could write it as "eLZee Photography" (or eLZed - depending on your preference)
