Awesome! Thanks jim. I will definitely use this as I have some potential clients who want me to shoot weddings next year. I have a question - when do you meet with the client to sign it? A few weeks before the wedding? Months before the wedding?

Yes, I always have a session with me to show wedding photography examples, talk about the way I cover their special day, and basically put them at ease. If they hire me as a photographer, I have them sign a contract and put 50% down payment to secure that date on my calendar.
