Default facebook fans

umm.. this is a noob question.

how do i increase the number of "fans" or "likes" on my facebook page?
i only have around 95..pretty pathetic

i was thinking of making a competition of "whoever gets the most of their friends to become a fan or "like" my page. they get a free sitting or something like that.

how would you track that though?

OR, how else could one entice people in a very similar way.

i want people to want to invite their friends.. and i really want to drive up the interaction on the page.. but i'm at a loss for how to do this without making it commer******ed spew-fest.i want to keep it organic and personal.

facebok experts out there know of feaures i dont?

Throw the link up here. I will help and fan you, and invite my friends. I think they will love your work.

Edit: I found the link on your site. I fanned you, and invited friends. I don't know if it will do any good, being as we all live in the states, but I will do what I can! I love the sight btw!

I did this and made a note on the page that everyone had to say "(NAME) sent me" or they didn't get credit... It got me from about 40 fans to 350... not too bad. I gave away a free shoot and a half off shoot... I also gave $10 off to anyone that booked that month.

sounds like a good result
so the "entrant" posts the name of who reffered them on your page?
OR, does the entrant write a comment and then the people that person has referred then replies to the comment?

Just like RLucas has done, ask the ppl u know to become fans AND to invite all their friends. I asked my friends and family that were already fans to invite all their friends and that definitely bumped it up.
