Does anyone use Phonobiz's shopping cart? And if so, who do you use for your CC processing?

I don't use their shopping cart at all (despite loving everything else they do), having familiarized myself with Paypal, I'm sure there's a way to use their merchant services with it.

I am trying to get away from PayPal....I want the transaction to be seamless - which you can do using I-transact as your venfor for the processing.

But, since you have the cart - is it easy to set up? I t says you can do package pricing. Do you have that and if so was it easy to do? How does it effect your monthly costs (x-pics per month) - are clients happy with how it works? So many questions - sorry...

apparently they have a 30 day money back guarantee.

maybe buy it.. try it
if its crap, biff it and get the cash back... thats what i'm considering anyway.

IF ONLY it could place the order at the same time and that wasnt a second step.
that would be awesome.

There is a facebook fan page for photobiz, and the people are always very helpful.
You can ask them!

Like everything with Photobiz, it's really simple. Just a case of filling out fields on the form. If you take the time (just like the client proofing, which I assume you have?) its very customizable.

As always the support staff is super helpful (I submitted a question online and they called me back literally within 10 minutes and had made the changes I wanted and an email explaining how to do it). Uploads are always counted towards your image total, so you have to manage your galleries if you have one of their low number accounts.

Initially I had hoped to use it, but decided on a different model for running the business, so it's pretty much obsolete for me, using a cart that is.

Hope that helps. Like Candleman suggested, best way is probably to get it, try it, and if you dont like it, dump it.
