Need Help with Cyber Organizing:)

I have a small portrait photography business focusing on babies and children. Just about one client a week right now. I want to start organizing my clients now. Here are some thoughts on what I would love...
- One place to enter address, kids names, birthdays, etc.
- Print address labels without re-entering address info
- I can organize by birthdays, or major events. ( click on January and all kids birthdays in January pop up then I can print address labels to mail them a birthday promotional card)
- simple invoicing and scheduling

Like most photographers, I am better at being creative than organizing data Something simple but does the job.

I am currently using Studio Cloud but I don't think it does labels???

You need a good database and wordprocessing program that you can use together with mail merge features. I think Open Office could work for this, and it is free/open source software.
