Default Looking for a full service lab

I seem to remember seeing a list of full service labs somewhere on this forum. I'm looking for a specific lab. I should have bookmarked when when I saw it but I didn't. They ask you to send them 5 images and they send you the prints so that you can see how they print based on your color setting. They also do drop-shipping. It wasn't mpix, it was more of a place for photographers to get high-quality prints to sell.

Does anyone know who I'm referring to? It's driving me bonkers.

Wade, we use a few labs here in CT, but you may have to show proof that you are a professional photographer (like you have a tax resale number) We've used both Century Color Labs in E. Hartford, and Connecticut Photographic in Danbury, CT for many years...both have done good by us, and good personal service. Hope this helps a little.

I've been signing up for every lab that will have me lately trying to find which one I like best. I just got accepted to MpixPro, Millers, and WHCC. Try to find the strengths and weaknesses of each and then will decide which one to go with for the majority of my work.

I use Nation's Photo Lab, Nations Photo Lab - Professional Photo Printing & Digital Photo Finishing Online. They have been great so far. Very quick. I like there quality. They use a ROES based program that is easy to use and when I messed up on an order I called and they fixed my mistake very easily. Their prints are reasonably priced and they have enlargement specials all the time. One thing, and I don't know if other places do this, on the back of the prints it does not say the pimtlab's name on. So you customers don't know where you got it or mow much

Might have been Millerslab... they are the same company as mpix/mpix pro, but they have a lot of options. A little more pricey, but you get free overnight shipping.

WHCC does all those things.

Wade, also make sure you try WHCC. That's who I use and they're great.

Quite unfortunately, there aren't any full-service labs in Australia (for other Australians out there).

Sure, there are pro labs, but they don't offer the wide range. Those that do are those cheap labs.

Kinda sucks.

I JUST did a test with WHCC and MPIX Pro - the color with WHCC was AMAZING - BUT MpixPro was sharper (it looked like they had a little too much magenta in the prints - only noticed on B/W and a newborn print

Gonna do another test with WHCC and sharpen for print and see if I am close.
