Red face Trouble for Selling this Picture ?

I do art Photography and I recently came up with a Harley Davidson picture. I got a few people asking to buy this image. Do I get in trouble for selling an image with the Harley Davidson logo? Not sure where this falls into. Please advice.

Here is the picture:

If they wanted to make trouble for you they could... it's a registered logo and as such you will need permission to use it.. and definitely to be selling it..

Harley Davidson controls their image very strictly: you'd need a release from HD, and chances of getting that is practically 0.

Yep, iStockphoto had to stop selling and remove all photos of Harleys.

Everyone is correct but more importantly and i don't mean to be rude but.....I dont get the photo! What's the connection between a potato and the HD sign in the spot light? Am I missing something here?

IIRC it's to do with the sound their older engines make - it's like someone's saying "potato potato potato" fast.

There are logo's with the legal %20 difference. Best Brands of the World - vector logos, brand, logo, logotype, photos

Perhaps find a close Harley one?

Thank you for the advice. I guess I have to keep this one to myself then. Thanks again.

They can sue you anytime they want when they found out about you using their logo and worst trying to sell it..

You really better keep it yourself..
