Default simple web page templates

Already a week I am trying to find clean simple good looking web page template for my protfolio - I would like to buy one, but all I can find are with some cool tricks, jumping pictures, roling letters ect. I want simple, clean and minimalistic web page - something like just a clean page with a picture in a middle and arrows forward and back... Can you suggest some good place where to look? Or should I really start to look for expensive webdesigner... Thank you in advance!

If you need one for photography, I use www.ifp3.com . It's great for photos, at about $30/month, but cheaper if you commit to a full year. Check out my gallery below:

www.JMartinHarris.com

It was up and running with a good size gallery in about 40 minutes using their very simple and free templates.

Hope this helps.

I've always found the templates from Projectseven.com - Dreamweaver Menus, Widgets, Extensions and CSS Templates good. Plus they come with all the images, tutorials and are easily modified.

Zenfolio sites are great and I can save you $5 if you use referral code CV6-ZGB-B5M

You can use a Zen site just for show or you can use it to sell. I have a premium account with them but they also offer a basic account and an unlimited account.

I keep mine fairly simple but you can change it up.

Is it a web page or a web site?

Do you need a CMS attached?

etc..

I paid less then $90.00 for my 5 page site, PERIOD! I got the template from Flash templates at Easy Templates I host it via godaddy.com at a reasonable cost. You will need to have a small understanding of the way HTML works thou.

my site can be viewed at Christian Michael Photography,Boudoir photography,North Texas if you want to see how the templates look when finished.
