Model Release Sources

Does anyone have a trusted (web-based) source for a variety of model release forms? Copy right release forms?

Why copy right release forms? I'm planning to give limited copy right release to a client for images I'm going to sell to her (my first time selling images), and I want her to be able to print them again (if needed or desired) for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Would love resources and/or thoughts and expreiences regarding this matter.

You can do this all in one contract. Means less paperwork to fill out and keep track of.

Google is your friend for finding all sorts of those templates they are literally all over the place. How good or bad they are depends on where you are and those questions are best left to a lawyer.

You could try Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. I know there is a chapter in MD.


One thing to keep in mind though is that you probably don't want to turn over any form of copyright, but rather give the client a license for personal use.
