Default Going to start selling, but i have a question?

I'm getting ready to start selling some prints, and I know it's really not my taste that matters. However, on average what type of photos to people typically buy. I know this is a pretty broad question, because it depends on what people are looking for and I'm going to have to go through some trail and error, but I wanted to get an idea of what people like. I really don't have a specific style, so I think my work could cover a wide range of people, from what I've been told. I some, But since this will be my first attempt at selling, any suggestions from past experiences would help.

That depends greatly on your market. Where you live, what kind of people live near you, the economic, social, cultural and other factors.

(sorry, i've been writing papers again...)

I live in San Antonio, Tx, so things aren't too bad here, economically. We really don't have a happening social scene,(or maybe we do and I just don't know about it.)except when we have big city events and festivals. So far am getting a good response from some cometary and religious shots I've taken. So one would think to go in that direction, but I don't want to limit myself to just those options. I have a mix of shots ranging from flowers, landscape, architecture, city scapes and historical places. What I've noticed thought is that shots of our local landmarks, seem to do not too well.

I think there is only 1 way to find out:

Take various pictures and sell them! You'll see what goes fast and what doesn't.

Your pictures may be so incredible that people might buy it, even though its not a something they would usually buy...

I linked the wrong page, I was doing it from my cell phone. You should be able to find me thought.

Let me know what you think. My friends, family and co-workers have been telling me that should start selling, but I've always wondered if they were just saying that, but then again they're really the only people I've shown them to.

Honest truth?

Not really.

Nothing here screams, "BUY ME! I'M SUCH AN AMAZING SHOT I HAVE TO HAVE IT!"

It all just says, "Hey, I got a new camera"
