I was about 90 miles from home & I decided to take all back roads home. Just driving in the general direction of home, taking turns when ever I felt like I needed a new path, looking for photo opportunities. Crazy, I know but you never know what you'll run into. Then, out in the middle of nowhere, there was a tavern & they were holding these truck pulls. Cool!! So I pulled in & caught a few shots before they finished. Like I said, You never know what you'll find in the middle of nowhere. What you see behind the trucks is a skid & as they pull it there is a weight that moves forward causing it to get heavier. The "Grandpa" truck looks cool but it didn't do very well. Sure makes for a good photo though!
