Wow. Barely over a page of submissions and my sewing machine idea has already been posted twice! Argh. Both are great photos.

We were on a day trip to San Antonio and went into the Hyatt on the Riverwalk. The elevators were AMAZING! At least 14 floors from ground level. They were so fast and smooth, incredible machinery. This was taken from underneath. They looked like escape pods shooting you into outer space (felt like it too)!

Hope you don't mind, Saralonde. Your zany, witty, humor from last week made me do this. You're contagious. What would I do without my camera and computer.

When I was ten, I loved tinkering with stuff. My grandpa used to fix watches as a hobby, so I begged him for some parts that I could play with. This is what he gave me. When you wiggle the knob, the second hand spins like crazy. It goes backwards too.

Watches count as machines... >.>; right?
