Default Street Man

I was out walking through the City of Rochester with my photography group. We were walking from one gallery to another gallery. This man stopped me. He was just a street person walking down the street with his bag of cans. He surprised me by asking me to take his pic. I took it quickly. I could smell the alcohol coming off of his breath, and I was very glad that one of the guys from my group was right there.

It is my first posting to DPS assigments. Hope I have done it correctly *

Default Assignment: B&W Portrait

I was at the Marietta, GA 4th of July Parade staging area and saw this Vietnam Vet. They are unfortunately a historically misunderstood group of veterans who sacrificed much for freedom and our country. The sacrifice and scars of war are evident in this portrait.

Default Jun mono-B&W assignment

An experiment of shooting my subject against the light in order to get a big difference between my subject and the background (he window) when this silhouette converted into a black & white at photoshop using calculation it turn out a mono picture.Adding a frame into the image make the image more pronounce.
