Excellent job, so much textures here to treat the eye.

I like the back ground and the bench, however IMHO I would have lost the flowers as the bench is supposed to be the focal point in the image. I think that I would have showith less light or spot the end of the Bech just a bit to bring it out as the focal point versus the flowers or the back ground. Also the slight vinetting takes away from the wood grain at the front of the bench. The Bench itself has enough charactor in the wrought work of the side and back to capture the viewers attention. Good photo. I do have to say that my submission was a very poor effort, it doesn't even speak as to who I am.

Hi,

I'm new here and I know its late but I thought I would post my picture of a chair. Well..a bench. I quite liked it-tell me what you think. I guess the saturated colours (done in Aperture) could turn a few people off-but it seems to work on my eyes.

Camera: Canon 450D
Exposure: 1/50
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 29 mm
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
