Default Slow Sync Flash

I've just posted a new tutorial over at the blog in the next few hours on using Slow Sync Flash and thought it might be another good topic for an assignment. Post your slow sync flash shots below.

Get into P mode or Av or Tv, hit menu, go all the way over right to the last section. Go into the sub-section marked Custom Function. Once there, move over to number 9, press SET to select it and you can move between 1st and 2nd Curtain sync.

kind of a combination of flash, slow shutter speed, and painting with light. was actually my first attempt at ever trying it months ago.

I didn't quite get the effect I was after. I was hoping to have blur, then a sharp image frozen at the last moment, similar to the hand holding the card in the tutorial. What I got were shadow hands using a slow rear sync. I had planned to crop this down to just the hands, but left it as is except for desaturation when it didn't come out as I might have hoped.
