Well, I definitely broke the rule of thirds. It is not focused either. It is just abstract photo :-)

This breaks a lot of rules: grainy, angle, rule of thirds, unfocused. Hmm..might be worse then I thought!

The title is great, makes the photo really funny and interesting. I like it.

Default beach huts at an angle

This was taken ten days too early to qualify for the assignment and I now realise that most of my photos each break at least one of the rules - I like this one anyway and it's relevant.

Angle:

- beach huts in Felpham whilst trying to watch the Perseids meteor shower.

Default Foot, sand

Assignment: Breaking Rules

Accidental picture of my foot in the sand. A bit too close for the lens to capture, so it's very much out of focus. I still like it.

Sometimes the EXIF gets stripped off by Flickr, not sure why, but it still posts to the EXIF page: http://flickr.com/photo_exif.gne?id=1263399802

Wow, lot of "diagonals." You guys are using the diagonals so much to get good photos, that it can now be a considered a rule.

Using diagonals is a "rule". Or it's at least good to use them. But you don't have to break all rules. Breaking just some of them is, I think, even better.

HEY!!!!!! No changing the rules in the middle of the game! Especially, when I don't think of it first!
