What is the size of the picture and pixel dimensions of the file you tried to upload? Flickr does have a limit (10MB, I think) but the whole point is that you dump your picture there and it saves time by taking care of the resizing. Also, what is the link to your Flickr account so we can see your pictures?

i'm on a free account so files are under the 5mb limit. will upload some shots here but will mainly be for the weekly assignments and critique.

Actually, you don't need to "attach" anything when posting a pic from Flickr.

5MB should still be enough for some nice big pictures.

Hi, I'm just testing to see if this works!

This Rainbow Lorrikeet was nesting in the River Red Gum in our backyard. I took the photo using my Nikon D50 with a Tamron 300mm zoom lens.

On the Ghetto lighting assignment I couldn't quite work out how to post a picture from Flickr- so I've re-read the instructions and giving it another go.
