Did you read the illustrated section in the FAQ all about posting images from Flickr (or, indeed, the first post of this thread)? Both give straightforward instructions that should easily jump that hurdle.

Um...I wasn't logged in to flickr. Which is funny, because I'm actually quite adept at these things. Ha ha...ha...ya.
