Here is this weeks assignment BEACH:Beach life

Don't forget this is the first week of our mini contest (for info on this contest take a look at this post Mini Contest for assignments
REMEMBER leave EXIF in tact and this must be a new image taken in the last week or this week in order to be in the running for the contest

these are old photos i havnt had time with sonny being in and out of the emergency room at the hospital this week sooo im sorry ..

Since I have no beach nearby, here's one of the first photos I shot with my Canon EOS 350D, at the beach of Vlissingen, The Netherlands.

That is a beautiful shot, love the composition with the bench and the colours are devine.

Assignment: Beach

Yesterday some friends and I rode our horses to Lake Michigan. We had such a fabulous time. It was my horse's first time ever to see Lake Michigan and he was such a good boy. I got some photos which are OK. At least they tell the story. It's hard to choose which one or two to put here, but I'll link to my flickr site so all those interested can go look at all of them.

My friend, Maria's horse Bear was really enjoying splashing in the waves:

I lost the EXIF when I had to crop it, but I do have the original.
