Default Assignment suggestion

I suggest the moon. Not the moon all alone but with another object in the frame...a tree, clouds, buildings, etc.

An idea if not previously suggested would be Moon shots or Moon related compositions.

Hi all!

I'm *really* sorry I haven't read the whole thread, but it's 51 pages!!!!

In any case, one of the first excercises on my photography workshop is the ABC.

This excercise consists on photographing the whole ABC but not posing anything. I mean, using macro, odd angles, shadows, etc.... So obviously the objective is having a nice composition, exposure, focus, etc AND get all the letters... the hardest it is to identify the source object, the better!

It's really an interesting excercise... hope it helps

I'm planning on going to my city's memorial area for war veterans tonight to take some Rememberance Day Shots.

I think this should be an assignment, its too bad the most recent "economy" one doesn't end until the 11th. Can there be two assignments at the same time?

maybe a remake of a picture you once took and were not happy about? try it again to make it better? the old pic should be before the assignment dates then....

I propose "Less is more", the famous minimalist slogan.

Or "minimalism" if it was not done before.

How about an assignment with just the actual picture.....No post processing at all. Let's see the talent of the photographer behind the camera instead of the talent of using a post processing program.
